Text of email to Paraguay Embassy in Washington, DC:

To whom it may concern:
It has been alleged that George W. Bush and his family members bought property in Paraguay because Paraguay doesn't have an extradition treaty with the US, and Bush could flee the US to Paraguay to avoid extradition and prosecution. Will you answer my questions posed to you, so I may post your answer on http://judicialmisconduct.blogspot.com/?

If US citizens in the US travel to Paraguay is it possible to sue George W. Bush for damages his Presidency caused to US citizens to seize ownership of his properties if there is a judgment in your civil court system in our favor?

Does Paraguay recognize the International World Court, The Hague? If so, and if George W. Bush is in Paraguay, could George W. Bush be extradited to the Hague for prosecution for Crimes Against Humanity, for War Crimes, and for the murder of US Citizens due to his lying the US into a ground war with Iraq ?

Please get back to me with answers ASAP.

Thank you,

You do know that you have been duped - don't you? Please don't feel bad about it. Many smart people are buying this myth hook, line, and sinker.

If you were to allow yourself one moment to take a deep breath in order to clear your head of all the political emotions that are clouding it, you would see how stupid the "Bush buys estancia in Py" story really is.

If it were true, it would be an enourmous news story. If it were true, there is no way that the Bush family would be able to keep this under the blanket. The first family buying land in a foreign country that does not have an extradition treaty while still in office? In a country with a population of six million and where everyone knows everyone? Give me a break.

FYI: the rumor started when Bush's daughter went to Paraguay on a humanitarian mission. In it's infancy, the story was that she went down to Py to scout for land to buy on top of the Guarani Aquifer so that her family could survive the coming water crisis in the USA.

Then the story quickly morphed (as so often happens in a small country like Py from "looking at a ranch on the aquifer" to "bought a ranch on the aquifer".

Again, it wasn't long until the story morphed yet again, this time having to do with Paraguay not having an extradition treaty with the U.S.

I won't be surprised if the fanatical right gets some mileage out of Py with Obama: let's see... if his wife goes there on a humanitarian mission, the story will transform into this: Obama is buying property in Ciudad del Este to be closer to Hezbollah fundraisers (yes, there are quite a few in Paraguay) because he is really Muslim!

FYI (part II), If Bush were to flee and happened to have $50,000 in a bag... he would be able to stay in PY for as long he dared. It would not take much for him to bend Pyan law with a few greenbacks - not much at all.

So, in effect, you wasted your time writing the Pyan embassy. It doesn't matter how they respond since the represent one of the most corrupt countries on the planet.

Similarily, I have probably wasted my time with this long comment, I wonder if you are still reading this?

Well, good luck. As pitiful and incompetent as Bush was, you are following in his footsteps with your irresponsible political "commentary" and "reporting".

I posted this not caring whether or not Bush has land in Paraguay.

I just want to leave no rock unturned in getting the word out that George W. Bush does need to be arrested, handcuffed, processed, tried, and assuming he will be found guilty, off to prison.

You wrote quite a lengthy comment, who is fooling who?

But, it sounds like we are on the same side of the issue.
